Tire wear - why uneven and when to replace?

My original tires are showing tread of 6/32 FD, 6/32 FP, 4/32 RD and 5/32 RP. They have 11,000 miles on a 2023 R1S Dual Max Pack (so no Conserve mode). Almost always in all purpose mode.

Any idea why the slightly uneven wear?

Also, at what tread depth should they be replaced?

Rotated at about 7,000 miles

Seems normal. Replace when they are at the wear bar. The fronts wear faster (which you rotated to the back.)
