call me crazy but I like non-standard wipers, long as they work.

That windscreen wiper is ridiculous! Hopefully it’s so big because you can use Starlink off of that hahaha!

Am I missing something from the angles, or is there no way that the wiper clears the passenger side of the windshield other than at the very bottom?

Ignoring the looks, I'm pretty sure having that in my line of sight would drive me bonkers.

Honestly I don’t know if Tesla even has designers anymore. I’m pretty sure that Elon Musk just sees some thing he likes and then says make it happen (while his designers look on in horror),without evaluating any practical impact on real customers. The whole CyberTruck design is an atrocious mess

Hummer EV has three wipers. Tesla just had to be different than normal, like the Hummer, but didn't want to be seen as copying Hummer.

Ha, exactly, except his fans will buy anything he put sin front of them. It’s definitely not the Canyonero, that would probably be the Jeep Grand Wagoneer LOL

Wow. They made it worse. How did they make it even f'uglier? Why can't there be some sort of cosmic hard upper limit on bad taste that will cause the offending object to be sucked out of our universe in its entirety? It sickens me that I have to live on the same plane of reality as this abomination.

And I like Tesla, by the way. Not a hater, in the general sense. But, holy sh#t, people! Dial back the peyote ration at the gigafactory!

Guess they couldn't implement their laser beam patent...

Maybe they are planning to implement this?

If so, it could clear the entire area of the glass. In theory. I think it would have to move very quickly even on low speed and I can’t even imagine what high speed would look like. It seems like this system is to traditional windshield wipers as a falcon wing door is to traditional doors.
