Any 2026 R1T owners having issues w/ EV Sportline Aero Cover install?

I recently purchased the EV Sportline RMaxx Running Boards and Aero Covers. While the install of the running boards followed their install video/instructions (for the most part), I ran into an issue with the Aero Cover installation (specially the rearmost bracket).

It appears that my 2026 R1T does not have the 13mm bolts in the exact locations specified. This is causing an issue where I cannot mount Aero Cover panel C to the bracket. I plan to call/email them in the morning, but was curious is any others may have encountered a similar issue, especially with a 2026 R1T and the Aero Cover kit?

I have a 2026 R1T and have installed the aero covers. I followed the video, and all went smoothly.

The only slightly disappointing thing was that panel C must be removed to access the puck jack point. The R1S aero covers appear to have a door that can be dropped to get to the jack point.

I left that panel off. It's really small and I doubt it has a big impact on aero.

Another member here cut through the aluminum to expose the jack point. If I can do that cleanly, I might give it a shot.

Yes, probably would not affect efficiency. Not a bad idea to try to cut a hole and pop a cover over it!

I drilled a hole in the same location at the puck and put a rubber grommet in the hole. This allows full access to put a puck without needing tools.

That looks awesome! Exactly what was needed. How did you make the perfect cutout and where did you get the cover? How did you pick the perfect place to do the cutout?

This is the grommet I used. Hole saw size needed is in the description.

I used a tire crayon, stuck it in the jack puck hole then held the last panel up and had the crayon mark on the inside in the exact spot. (I know, not very scientific, but the angle of the panel isn't the best to try and measure off of).
