Any possibility of a kit designed for the standard system without a subwoofer? (Gen 2). Have heard it’s possible to tap into the speaker signal from the b pillar.

Haven't messed with the standard audio system. If you want to remove the b- pillar and take a picture of the speaker adapter I can easily make a kit.

This is what I did. Took a bit of figuring, but I managed to map the door woofer (full range speaker) wire and then run that to an LOC. Then took those RCAs into the amp.

But I also didn't go crazy with the sub. Dual voice coil 2ohm being pushed just under 300 watt peak. Not enough to exceed the 15amp 12v tap from the cig outlet.

Can someone who's installed the Kicker KEY500.1 amp pass on the proper settings for each of the amps allowable settings? I just ordered the subwoofer kit and would like to have all my ducks in order before I start the installation. Thanks much. I have the 2026 GEN2 Quad launch edition if there is anything else specific that I need to know for the installation would be much appreciated.

Just me again. I have a sub shaped hole in my heart that only s00nish can fill. My R1S is ready to receive the low end goodness it deserves! I’d be happy to preorder if that helps with anything.
