Hi everyone


Here’s a sneak peek at the brand new 2026 edition Air Cruiser. I know I’m biased… but honestly, it’s looking incredible


Our first 2026 batch is landing mid-February, and we only have a handful of units left from this run. If you’re thinking about one, reservations are now open — it’s $99 to reserve, which fully secures your tent.


We’re also holding the 2025 price of $2,999 and offering a $600 early reservation discount for anyone reserving now.


Over the past couple of years, the Air Cruiser has become one of the most popular RTTs within the Rivian community. That said, we haven’t stood still. The 2026 version includes some genuinely useful upgrades, all based on real-world feedback from Rivian owners. You can see some of the highlights below.


One quick note on availability: the site currently shows 58% reserved, but that counter hasn’t been updated yet — in reality, we’re closer to 90% gone for this batch.

I have a couple of questions - on the site it shows an open size of 83 L × 51 W × 57 H - is that exterior or interior?

Does the RTT have any openings/ports to allow for the hose from an exterior heater/AC to be plumbed in? Or for power for charging devices?

Those measurements are the interior

We have a specific port for heater/AC, see attached pic.

Ordered my 2nd one so the whole fam can camp together on the new R1T Tri this summer and so we can keep one on each vehicle as the kids grow up and have different wants for camping adventures.

Has this been fitted on the R1S as well?

Yep, we’ve got loads of R1S customers as well

You definitely have more options on the R1S since you’re not restricted by a truck bed, but a lot of R1S owners still lean towards the Air Cruiser because of the design and how compact and lightweight it is. It makes getting it on and off the vehicle much easier, and storage is far simpler too — alongside all the other features, of course

They’re landing on 12th Feb, then it usually takes a few days for processing and to get everything through the warehouse.

We’ve started emailing people on the reservation list today to complete checkout, so keep an eye on your inbox. We’ll also send a text reminder in case the email gets missed (which happens a lot ).

Can you open a portal from the tent to the bed of the truck?

Basically I want to have a cassette toilet on the bed but then pop my head up into the tent while I'm doing my business.
