Weird PAAK issue with Iphone/Apple Watch

We have digital key setup on our '25 R1S. Wife and I both have 16 Pro phones and Apple Watches with cellular. Both of our phone and watches have the digital keys in the wallet.

Twice now when my wife and I are getting out of the truck when she gets out a moment before me the lock sound chirps but the truck doesn't lock after I shut my door. If we walk away the truck doesn't lock. We have to lock it through the app.

Anyone else experience this? I did a hard reset but haven't tested it again.

Yep having similar issue with 22 R1t with iPhones. Vehicle randomly unlocks when I approach ( used to work 100% of the time) but will not lock as I walk away in a parking lot and I have to use the App to lock. Also have had wife’s seat settings actuate when only my phone is being used and near the vehicle. Have performed soft and hard resets no improvement

Similar issues for my 25 R1S. My truck is no longer recognizing my phone. It takes up to 30 seconds to unlock while standing outside of the door. To drive I now must go into my iPhone wallet grab my Rivian key use Face ID to unlock the phone then place it on the charging port to put the truck in drive. Worse than all that is the truck will not automatically lock after I park and walk away from the vehicle. Very dangerous while living in center city Philadelphia. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with support.. no solution. I’ve owned the truck for over a year, this is a very recent new issue.
