From time to time I've pondered piecing together a tool roll or kit. And searching past discussions to identify what pieces to acquire, it's clear the information is scattered. And I could just start buying assortment of sockets and wrenches, but would really hate to waste $ on bits that are not relevant to the R1.

So, here's my challenge to the vendors. It'd be great if you could offer a one-stop-shop kit of essential tools. And I don't mean recovery kits that could be universal to any car. I mean a collection of sockets, wrenches and other hand tools in sizes that each and every Rivian owner would most likely need in either, or both, of these contexts:

1. everyday-carry (the basics)
2. off-grid/road context (the basics plus, for example, what'd be needed to swap out a tie-rod)

Tagging a few vendors for attention, but any are welcome.

So you want a kit that makes sense for the vehicle? We have a relationship with Tekton... we may be able to make this happen.

Yes. One kit and be done. Instead of buying several sets of tools and ending up with a pile of tools that aren't relevant to the R1. My tool cabinet is already quite full from similar past endeavors, for past cars.

Let's start making a list, and i'll start making the kit and get it priced out.

@UnsungZero_OldTimeAdMan mind editing your first post of things you think the kit needs? And others can chime in as needed? I'll add comments to this once school is done today.

I'll let others with more detailed, nuts and bolts, knowledge chime in.
