Aloha Rivian Ohana. I have a R1S on order just awaiting it's arrival to the islands. In the meantime, I've been scouring the interwebs for customer satisfaction etc. Which can lead to pre buyer anxiety 😅. During those searches obviously seen the reports of various issues, some serious and some not so. As well as the praises and/or complaints with the various SCs on the continent but have yet to see any regarding Honolulu. How has your Hawaiian Rivian experiences been? Thanks in advance.

What island are you on? All I can say from the Big Island is that Rivian Mobile from Oahu came out 3 times to assist with my collision repair and were on island seemingly about once a month for a week or so at a time to take care of various issues for other owners. I didn't interact with them directly. It was all coordinated through the body shop. Body shop said good things about them, but I don't have much more to offer at this point. I'm sure I will in the future.

Aloha! I had my first 7500 mile service at the Oahu SC and it was done same day along with 5 tire rotation and powered tonneau cover install. I did have them adjust my hood alignment and that was the only item that could have been slightly better, but otherwise all went well and had a rental to get to work and return for pick up early afternoon.
