Correct me if I’m wrong but I think the maximum volume was reached at setting 20 previously in my R1T and now it goes up to 30… so 10/20 was 50% of maximum volume but now is only 33% (10/30) at the same setting…

Weird that my Tesla model Y if plugged DOES warm the pack when I defrost the car no matter what is the SOC… if charging is needed it even warm the pack first BEFORE starting the charge. Some get it better for people living in real cold temperatures. 😝

It will only warm the pack in a scheduled defrost when plugged on your charger if it brings the SOC below the selected % which can take half an hour if you are already charged. The pack WILL NOT be warmed up unless the truck is charging and consequently you will use range to bring it to the 50F...

I agree. I would add that the preconditioning of the battery pack new feature is useless (at least for my needs) as you have to be in your truck to start it. No way to do it from your phone app when you just want to warm-up the pack before driving during cold winter time with the truck still...
