I have done some initial testing with the ContronX mount and so far so good and it was nice not to have to set it up this morning. One downside is you can hear the high pitched whine it produces if you have it on while driving since it is not far from your head.
The suction cups provided with...
I'm using a 23Zero compact 180 Peregrine awning: https://23zero.com/product-category/best-270-awning/peregrine-180-degree-awnings/
I've been using it frequently for over 2 years and it is holding up well. My work surface just pulls out of the gear tunnel and has a framed seat on the gear tunnel...
So my subscription plan was changed to the Mini Roam plan, but it is still billed at the $30 per month invite amount rather than the $50. I hope they keep the billing rate.
Since the plan includes in-motion use, I went ahead and ordered this mount...
There wasn't any communication about changes to the original $30 per month "piggyback" pricing. I don't even have an option to change to the $50 pausable "standalone" plan. For my usage the $30 plan works well as I am not looking to replace my stationary home Dishy McFlatface, but we'll see if...

Interestingly, I had specified the triple slot but was sent a new pattern. After it shipped they sent an email notifying me about the new pattern which they are about to release. It is also a pattern of oval slots, but they are not angled. They are symmetrical so the pattern is the same no...
I've been doing 5 tire rotations at 8,000 miles (20" AT) and am on track to last to at least 40,000 miles (currently around 30,000). That is with "spirited" and off road driving.
Hi Tylee, I see in your signature that you just took delivery of your R1S yesterday - Congratulations!
@Lil'O Annie , I had a confluence of responsibilities come up for next week so I will unfortunately won't be unable to make it.
I'm definitely interested, but not sure on the timing. Towards the end of the week would work best as I could head east from there to visit family and friends for Memorial Day weekend.
