Make sure your foot isn’t on the brake, it won’t work if it is. I tend to always have my foot on the brake in a parked car so it took me a while to figure out why it wasn’t working.
Sure thing - I’ve got about 10k miles on them now and just did a rotation at 8k. They still look, feel and sound like the day they were installed. I’ve been running mine at 56psi and am happy with the ride. They are a beefy tire but still way quieter than my Pirellis, especially at the end of...
Dropped mine off on Monday for a bunch of punch list items before the warranty expires and was told 7-10 days. They set me up with a Nissan Leaf from Enterprise which has actually been pretty fun. I had a small dent in the rear quarter and they offered to have their PDR guy take a look while...
I have the Nokians as well with just over 8k on them, going to do the first rotation this weekend. I've been very happy so far, they look good, are reasonably quiet for an AT tire, have been riding nice and haven't been as bad as I expected for efficiency. Here are my two trip meters, left is...
I'm at about 45k since September 2022 on my R1T and my experience mirrors yours. I'm very happy with this truck and for a brand new auto manufacturer it has exceeded my expectations!
Rivian came and picked it up on a flat bead, I had it back next day. I think all they did was put new batteries in it. I’m lucky to be within an hour of the Chelsea, MA service center.
Yup - not ideal I know! I was thinking I was going to replace them early and kept putting it off so I never rotated. Maybe that’s the secret to longevity?
Got mine at a local shop near me in Bridgewater, MA that I've been going to for years - Kenwood Tire. He was able to get three of them from a local wharehouse but the fourth had to be shipped from Salt Lake City. All in with the tires, mounting and alignment it was $1850. Tires were $360 each
Believe it or not I put 42,700 miles on the much maligned original Pirelli 20” ATs on my R1T. Yes, they were very noisy but I couldn’t bring myself to trash perfectly good tires for noise - must be the New England in me! My lifetime efficiency on them was 2.22mi/kWh that is probably 90% work...
Weird quirk I found with the HVAC controls. I often left it set to 72 through the winter (I'm in the Boston area) and it wouldn't get above say low 60s on full auto, I'd check the app to see the actual temp. I noticed as well that the default on full auto was to have the side and floor vents...
I'm another data point - happened to me last week as well. I'm also an 11,xxx VIN, my delivery was early September. Truck had never been to service prior to this, and is at about 12k miles. Came out of work last Monday and all seemed good, opened the gear tunnel, threw my bag in then hopped...
