I may be stating the obvious, but you have to drive for a bit before tire pressures can be calculated by the TPMS. It’s usually about a quarter mile of driving for me before the pressure readings show up.
If you remove the larger panels, any shop can lift the vehicle with standard equipment without needing to use the puck/s. The user manual shows the spots where the jack can be placed after panel removal. To prevent risk of shop damaging the panel tabs, might be good idea to remove them yourself...

You have to be quick, but try rolling the volume scroll wheel (left side of steering wheel) up/down while Alexa is speaking to independently adjust the volume of the prompts. This has seemingly worked for me and I have had to readjust it back to adequate volume after every OTA update.
