I tried calling the support number 877 798 3752. The bot at the other end claims it can't help me because it thinks the phone I'm calling from doesn't have a tesla account associated with it. Yet when I log into my tesla account and go to settings, it says the primary phone number associated...

I have that also, but when I go to membership all I see is a thing saying Non-Tesla Membership and a table with the plan benefits, and a button that says "Get Started". It acts like I don't have a membership set up, even though in other places it shows I do.

BTW, my android tesla app version is 4.58.0-4392. If I go to the play store it shows version 4.48.0 released 2025-08-21

Thanks, but I don't see how to do that. If I log into my account on a laptop, the only things I see are Personal Information, Security, Data & Privacy, and Preferences. None of those have access to the subscription. In the app, there is an "AI assistant" which if you ask "cancel charging...

We tow a 1500# Happier Camper with our 2024 DM R1T. Don't have a lot of data, but a couple of longer trips. Usually keep it around 60-65mph. Trip #1, 590 mi overall, out and back over a 1400' elevation gain pass. Trip was in May in MT, I think tailwind going out and not sure coming back...

Thanks for reposting that. Our 2024 gen1 R1T large-pack matches the blue data points pretty well, very similar driving conditions (western Montana, 4000'). Ours is "garaged" in an unheated shed, usually not pre-conditioned, so battery temps usually start out colder. Weekly drive is 140 to 200...
