In HI.- island of Kauai it is .55 kWh at Xeal charger vs .37 kWh off home grid.

I put a harbor freight 3 1/2 Ton floor jack in gear tunnel when I shipped my truck to Kauai 2 yrs ago- same rules applied. Everything said is spot on. Real pain. The service center in HNL does a great job of servicing outer islands in my opinion.

Hey Boss- here is a suggestion. Go to farm supply store and take a look at stall mats. I have used them for years. But—- they are heavy. If you want to take it out and clean daily , forget it- to much of an inconvenience.

I understand what you mean. Through my business I purchased Toyota Landcruisers as my company vehicle. Everyone had the pillar grab on passenger side. Wife loved it/ wishes for it in my truck. How can Toyota make it work and Rivian can’t? The LC is bomb proof & safe. Go figure.

I have the XO rack height that matches roof mounted cross bars. No bed view camera issues. It is bomb proof sturdy. Consider It. Call XO if you have questions. They are a privately owned company- they get customer service.

I think it is good practice and suggest you use torque screw driver for proper installation of screw/wire.

I purchased the Rivian charger with my pre-order. At that time, 2019, I fid not have Enphase system installed. If I was considering a home charger presently, I wouldnt have a problem purchasing the Enphase charger.

I have Enphase and 23Kwh battery storage- but I have the Rivian Level 2 charger.

We get SC tech‘s from CA. coming to islands until HI SC opens. Wonder why the tech told me otherwise? Can you give me some part # or info that I can discuss with SC when I initiate another call if this is only a 5 min fix. Any help is appreciated.

I have same issue. Showed to Rivian service tech Upon visit. He indicated the entire door panel needed to be replaced. I’ve done nothing. I live in HI. Sunscreen, I bet is culprit in my case.
