Well - soft reset did work actually. Had to go back to Alexa app and sign in again. All good.

Unfortunately-reset did not work

New Owner as of about 3 weeks. First couple of weeks, Alexa worked fine. All of a sudden, it was no longer connected. When i go into apps - it just says that Alexa cannot connect, please try again later. Thoughts / fixes?
