New Update - now my garage door steering wheel button/scroll disappeared!

Updated my Gen1 RT two days ago and now when i am pulling out or pulling into my garage, the ability to use the right scroll wheel/buttons to open my garage doors is gone. I still have them if i hit the garage door app on the main screen but i loved the fact that my R1T would recongize when i was home and pull it on driver screen with scroll and button options. Is this a bug or did they do away with the feature?

Gonto settings>connect>garages>my garage. Turned off the location and turn it back on

Update: Did a hard-reset and it is back. Problem solved.

I had this happen a few days back before updating (on the old software). This fixed it for me.

From my days doing tech support with PC (Think back to the days of PC DOS and MS DOS). When the darn thing wouldn't work for a customer, we would advise:

1.) CTRL-ALT-DEL, (Rivian soft/infotainment reboot)
2.) power off/poweer on (Rivian hard reboot)

This happened to me and I just disabled and then reenabled the garage door in the settings app. I did this in my driveway and nothing changed, but when I went out and came back, the controls reappeared. From what I’ve experienced, you don’t need to do a hard reset.

Argh. I was wondering why the garage door prompt disappeared.

Honestly, some days I’m just tired of how much work it takes to manage this car. It’s like having a Windows PC in the mid 90’s - has cool features, requires lots of troubleshooting.

My home location was off by about 400ft so the garage door prompt and scheduled charging didn't work. The Rivian GPS has been giving me issues. A restart helps for a few days but then breaks again.
