I keep two full golf bags, shoes, etc (and LOTS of extra balls) in my Frunk. So great not having to use up the trunk area for this.

At that moment, I was driving through NYC and it did have Wifi on... however, I usually have wifi off. The data is intermittent even with both wifi and hotspot toggled off. It's quite annoying. I have also done soft and hard resets of the vehicle a couple times now.

After the last update, almost every time I get into the Rivian, it displays a screen saying "Allow precise location sharing?". The annoying part is, you have to be in Park to hit "Allow"... When this comes up, it also means I have to go into the Data & Privacy settings and turn back on all the...

I have connect plus but I do not have access to the Rivian assistant yet. Is there a way I can turn it on?

I will wait to take delivery on my R2 preorder until it’s Gen3. I wonder how many others fall into that camp?

Do we have any update on when the Gen3 tech will be built into the R2? Will they be putting that into the R1S as well?

My Gen2 R1S said it was going to update tonight… I just went down to plug it in and the update is gone. I double checked and it is no longer downloaded. I tried a hard reset and it’s on WiFi, but it’s gone. Did Rivian pull the update down?

Placing my order now. Are they ready to ship? so looking at the two, still confused about what the differences are. They say modular… the storage sizes seem different…? Are they completely adjustable?

Update just came in… 2 full weeks later. I wonder if there’s a way those of us that are excited about these things, and that report back bugs to Rivian, can get moved up the rollout list… Happy New Year All!!

I did. They didn’t see anything wrong that would delay my update. I am curious to see if others have this issue and what the common threads may be.

ok, my driving is done for the year, so now, I’m just watching in amusement. 97% of Connect+ have installed it… but I still haven’t gotten the ability to download it… very odd…

92% of Connect+ users have gotten it… still nothing for me. I was wondering if having a service suggestion of tire rotation being due would kick me out of the update..?
