The addition of Shortcuts was in the release notes of the latest app update on 10/30. I also add my shortcuts to my Apple Watch. Select the details of the shortcut you created on your iPhone/iPad and select the “i” at the bottom. Then enable “Show on Apple Watch”.

Mine did this as well. It was very loud. I finally brought it in to the Dallas Service Center and they had to replace the steering column. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. No more noise!
