  1. Liftgate and Brake Light Damage

I don't recall - it was a long time ago. I think it was pretty easy. Gen 1.
  2. California SOLD: 21” OEM Wheel with Tire in San Diego - 1 spare $250

Good question. There are no abrasions on the last remaining tire.
  3. Gen 1 Vampire Drain (Possibly) Solved (or Hacked)

Thanks for this great hack. I've connected a trickle charger thru the ODB2 port adapter suggested. Any idea why my (Schumacher) 1.5A charger is occasionally aborting overnight? The owners manual for the charger does not say WHY it aborts, only that: "if charging cannot be completed...
  4. California SOLD: 21” OEM Wheel with Tire in San Diego - 1 spare $250

Ideal use as a spare tire (Rivian charges $1,185 or more). Aero covers no longer included. Works as a spare with 20s, 21s, or 22s.
  5. California 21" Aero Wheel Covers ($35ea or $120 set)

Switched to 20" wheels and have these wheel covers to find a new home. San Diego local.
  6. Balancing Tire Trade Offs

Update: I am very happy with the Dueler Ascents. I don't notice any noise, and so far I am seeing about 5% reduction in highway range from the 21" All Seasons, which is a good trade off for me. Efficiency might be worse when measured more accurately, but close enough. The truck sits a little...
  7. California SOLD: 21” OEM Wheel with Tire in San Diego - 1 spare $250

Selling my OEM 21" road wheels/tires after I switched my 2023 R1S to 20" wheels so I could put on All Terrain tires. Tires have been driven 18,000 miles and have roughly 5/32" tread depth remaining. Includes aero covers but not TPMS (transferred to my new wheels). One of the tires has a...
  8. Balancing Tire Trade Offs

Thanks folks, I have ordered the MSW rims and will try E-rated LT All Terrains (Dueler Ascent) to see how significant the compromise is. Worst case scenario is that I need to keep my All Season 21s for use as a daily driver and swap wheels for camping road trips.
  9. Balancing Tire Trade Offs

Hi folks, I am contemplating the move from my OEM 21" wheels to 20" wheels so I can get more "durable" tires for the occasional offroad camping segment we enjoy in the Southwest (eg, Hole in the Rock, Point Sublime, Burr Trail, White Rim, etc). I have driven all of these trails on All Season...
