2022 R1T quad. Driven entirely in all purpose, low suspension.
21” OEMs wore out at 16.5K - ~3mm all around.
Replaced with 20” rim and Michelin Defenders. Much quieter, less precise in handling, less efficient. Will have to see how they wear (~700 miles so far).
Thanks for the response. The efficiency is very erratic - more finicky than with the Pirelli. Doesn't appear to stabilize even after the battery and other components have warmed up. Will have to try a longer road trip and see if the tradeoff for more tire options was worth it.
@Indy avocado what’s your efficiency been with this setup? I just made this exact switch and saw my efficiency drop tremendously. From avg 2.3mi/kWh to 1.8 mi/kWh, roughly.

I believe they used some sort of double sided tape to correct this in my T. Things were quiet briefly but the heat in Phoenix undid the fix so it is back on my list for re-repair. Hopefully Rivian has a more robust solution they can apply next time.
I had (and continue to have a little bit) of the same problem. Same resolution as @Lil'Dave but mine still has a little rattle depending on the road surface. Will have to press all around to see if a clip isn't in place.
I had a full front PPF, ceramic coat and tinting done. Window tint has bubbles ?. The PPF isn't fully wrapped (specifically the flat front between headlights) with about 1/8” to 1/4” of panel still exposed on edges (maybe that is normal?).
@AZ_Rivian if you could, please let me know your experience there. Just got my truck back and clearly either I do not understand what “fully wrapped” and “you wont be able to tell its there” mean or the job was done poorly. For a detailer, they do not appear to pay attention to detail (not to...
Have found the AC to be a bit weak - hoping tint will help. Also found the vehicle to be more efficient on the highway than during street driving. I can’t tell yet whether that is the norm or due to the heat and better cooling at speed.
Got a call from an Xpel installer today and they confirmed the same about the wrapped edges. They also said the Rivian deal does not include lights…
If I’m concerned about the front, I figure lights are included in that concern. Also, not having edges wrapped means you can tell where the film is...
To me the limestone color has the slightest of blue hue but is certainly much more grey. As its been described before, a chameleon depending on the lighting. Overall, definitely what I had hoped for.
