  1. Detailing, wet carpet “poll”

I opened the door and had direct sunlight to this area to ruled out the HVAC plug damaged.. It dried it up in 12 hours, but it came back after using the AC heavily.
  2. Detailing, wet carpet “poll”

this might be the cause right here. rivian replaced the HVAC plug once during the voluntary 12V replacement. 3 weeks ago, felt the front driver carpet damped and turned out the HVAC encloser and plug need to be replaced again. They also replaced a few other things at caused damaged by this.
  3. R2 Wheels Options, Tire Sizes, Width, Offset - Hub Bore Size - 19" and 20"

I'm aware that it is not the same size as the r1 21". Based on people commented on here. There is only 1 available for the r2 21" much like the r1 . I have a set of 21" sit in the garage like most people in here that switched to 20"
  4. R2 Wheels Options, Tire Sizes, Width, Offset - Hub Bore Size - 19" and 20"

I really don't understand rivian logic for 21" on the r2 with one tire option and with the shitty pirelli nevertheless. They are repeating the same mistake as the r1. It is so bad that they don't even included the 21" option for r1 gen 2.
  5. 20" Inch Goodyear Territory AT 275/60/20 Factory AT tires + saving $

Same here. I had it for almost 4K miles and it is around 2.1 as well. I swapped it out for the Michelin LTX M/2 instead.
  6. Camp speaker - problems and questions

Both of mine are collecting dusts in the garage somewhere. What a worthless piece of junk. Used it once and it is worse than my $10 dollars bluetooth speaker.
  7. 20" Inch Best 20" Tire for Max Efficiency (R1S): On-Road with Occasional Snow Driving

Yes, I did. I put that toward the Michelin. Make sure you rotated properly by discount tires. I higly doubt that the Michelin will last 70K miles either.
  8. 20" Inch Best 20" Tire for Max Efficiency (R1S): On-Road with Occasional Snow Driving

I went with HTS60 for my first set of 275/60/20 with atomic wheels AW09. My efficiency is slightly better than the stock 21". Ride and quality is essentially the same as the 21" However, it only last about 18K miles (same as my 21"). Currently using Michelin LTX M/2 to see if it last...
  9. Why Even Tire Pressure Matters More Than You Think

does it matters that much within 5 psi? In texas, morning cold reading and mid day is about 5 psi diff. due to 20 to 30 degree temp changed
  10. 2026 R2 pricing, range & specs! $57,990 Performance Launch Edition / $53,990 Premium / $48,490 Standard / $45,000 Standard (Smaller Battery)

I think I did some kind of search last year to see if any other car manufactures out there actually using 275/55/21 and didn't come up with any.
  11. 2026 R2 pricing, range & specs! $57,990 Performance Launch Edition / $53,990 Premium / $48,490 Standard / $45,000 Standard (Smaller Battery)

I'm surprised that tires company actually catered to 275/55/21 size even after rivian discontinued it for gen 2. I remembered people are thrilled when Michelin came out with the 2nd option !
  12. 2026 R2 pricing, range & specs! $57,990 Performance Launch Edition / $53,990 Premium / $48,490 Standard / $45,000 Standard (Smaller Battery)

I'm surprised that they still go for 21" However, I'm sure it is not 275/55/21 like the R1s and R1t Most likely 275/50/21 imo which has a little more selections. Should have gone to 20" though.
