  1. Built Different: Rivian Engineering Tour (new video on Linkedin)

Yep! BoxGods https://rivian-aftermarket.proboards.com/board/4/gallon-frunk-water-tank-sprayer I love mine! Right now it's Gen1 only, he talked about needing a high res scan for a gen2 adaptation, but I'm not sure where that landed...
  2. DIY temporary tonneau / bed cover?

In my post I give the link for Lowes (they carry the same panel, just a different name... :) ) but it looks like they're exactly the same price as HD. https://www.rivianforums.com/forum/threads/diy-temporary-tonneau-bed-cover.10300/post-302660
  3. DIY temporary tonneau / bed cover?

That's decent, IIRC they were $55 when I built mine a couple years ago, so not terrible inflation. :D
  4. Eureka! A way to air your tires back up after going off road if you don’t have an on board compressor.

Couldn't you just clip to the screws on the leads directly too? this seems a little... zappy... if you stand too close and gesticulate while talking. ;)
  5. HVAC System and Fogging Windows

Did you ever get a chance to just blast the heat for a few hours and see if you can dry out the interior? Does that give you a break from the issue for a little while?
  6. $440 to fix window Rattle on R1T that is under warranty

Thanks! Pulling from my purchase date seems to indicate that the 'adjustment period' isn't in there, which could be useful if I have issues. That's awesome.
  7. $440 to fix window Rattle on R1T that is under warranty

Do you have documentation of this? That's the first I've heard of it, even as a 2022 owner...

  9. Inside EVs "I Saw The Affordable Slate Truck In Person. Now I’m Worried"

Isn't it 2-door only? a 2door ride share vehicle would be kind of awful... Unless you did what I saw in Mexico a lot with VW bug taxis and take the front passenger seat out...
  10. HVAC System and Fogging Windows

Interesting. I feel like it's new, but I have no idea.
  11. HVAC System and Fogging Windows

But this is a new situation, right? I don't feel like it used to struggle with outside air...
  12. HVAC System and Fogging Windows

Perhaps some default changed, and recirculate automatically engages AC for air drying but using outside air doesn't? I will say that it seems recirculate still works as the buttons indicate, when following a stinky truck, flipping it on the stink goes away. So it's not that it's backwards (on...
  13. HVAC System and Fogging Windows

I will say that I've also noticed it as a difference from previous years. (had since Dec '22). i think something in the recent update changed how the fan works, or changes some defaults in some way. If i set the "fan speed" to high and disable the floor vents (all of that was set by Auto, not...
  14. Installing HomeAssistant to capture Rivian API data - DIY How-to

Rivian had some API hiccups at the beginning of September that caused some re-auth requirements within about a week of each other. (2nd and the 9th i think) but I haven't seen any others since then
  15. When it rains, your motor blows

You could ask them, but worst case, they'll remove them and just charge you a couple hundred for the labor to do that... (still annoying, but they shouldn't cancel your appointment over it...)
