I live in the Salt Lake area and I think it works great. The only problem I’ve ever had is driving in the car pool lane when it goes from a single dashed line (for entry and exit) to double lines. It gets a little confused when the lane suddenly shrinks.

I was at Washington National a couple of months ago and Budget had a R1S there in the fleet. An employee told me that they added 40 to the fleet a few months earlier, although most had been dispersed due to one way rentals, etc.

I just received my R1S back from a service appointment for a laundry list of various issues, one of which was the noise you describe. Sure enough, it was two missing bolts.
