My 2024.11 update disappeared

During the day yesterday I received notifications in the car and on my app that the 2024.11 update was available for me. I was using the car all day, so everytime I got into the car I'd punch the later button, planning on doing it last night. However, when I got home I forgot to start it.

This morning? No notification and no update available. It just lists my most recent update, 7.03.

Has anyone else experienced this?

The only time I have noticed such behavior was when Rivian pulled an update for some reason.

I miss typed 2024.11.4


Update: It fixed itself overnight.

Where did you get that .4 info from?

I see nothing after 2024.11.2 on RivianTrackr

I still haven't received my update notification. I'm assuming the most recent update was pulled for various reasons. At least one other owner on here posted about how media controls and a full screen player popped up after they plugged in their iPhone, so maybe a few unreleased features accidentally made it through before they pulled it ?

I’ve had my R1S for a while now and it’s never been this long from first report of rollout to getting it. I think it was potentially pulled. At least slowed.

It’s been 3 days since it was released. It’s sometimes taken more than a week to fully spread.

I was notified about an available update around 11 am PDT today.

While you all were speculating about whether it was pulled, I was delaying until I was sure I wouldn't need the R1S for 90 minutes (it actually took 50).

A little before 7 pm PDT (3.3 hours ago), I started the download and installed 2024.11.2.

Whatever today's events represent, Rivian didn't stop the update process for everybody.

I hope you all get your updates within a reasonable time!

historically when they’ve had issues it’s not always impacted all vins, they have then removed the option to update for the effected vins only until a stable version can come out, that’s my guess for what’s going on

funny thing is the charging score on the app took until today for the scores to show on the mobile app.

I updated my R1T to .11.02 on Wednesday... absolutely no problems so far (knock on wood...).
