I can't find any definitive information on outlets 12V or otherwise around the vehicle, other than the new NACS to NEMA 5-15 adaptor. Not having 12V in the trunk would be a real downer.
as someone who does 90% of their day to day chores and commute on a bike, this is a huge issue. no one wants a new vehicle. bicycles are about as efficient of a machine as humanity has ever made. the best part about the vast majority of bikes is that they use standardized components, and...
Why are you referring to the adjustment warranty instead of the comprehensive warranty? This would certainly be covered under comprehensive instead, even without the RSB.
I'm sorry, but you're absolutely the oddity here not the norm. I driveway park with gear guard off and if I'm not plugged into a trickle charger for the 12v battery, I lose upwards of 3-5 miles of range a day. Service center has repeatedly said the low voltage battery is fine, and this is...
That's hardly the point here. The app knows what version is being installed to the vehicle, and can absolutely be configured to warn users about incompatibilities with their device BEFORE installing.
Imagine if the brake pedal on your car was swapped out with a tiny sharp point, and someone...
Even if the onboard compressor does work, you are going to absolutely smoke its life expectancy. I would not expect Rivian to honor a warranty on the onboard compressor if you're misusing it for these sorts of applications.
Even ARB themselves do not recommend using their 100% duty cycle twin...
Those look identical to the one I ordered from Amazon. The photo from my post is the vehicle side of the adaptor. The third hole you're mentioning is totally fine, and the positive and negative leads should line up perfectly well to the stock horn's plug.
Hella does make horns with spades and Deutsch connectors pre installed. You may have gotten the spade connector version of the horn accidentally. If you're proficient with a soldering iron, should be a quick fix. See step 3 in my post here...
Unfortunately, 2025.14 seems to have been a big step back on the vampire drain. Even with my vehicle hooked up to an OBDII battery tender, I'm losing about 5mi of range (around 2kW) every 24 hours.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Nope; just the dampers and jounce lines it looks like. I'll probably make another request in a few weeks to have them take another look and push for halfshafts and a subframe retrofit if I can.
