I am not sure what is going on with some of the G1 Meridians but mine still sounds amazing. If anything the bass got a bit more potent.

My G1 has always worked fine charging my Samsung phone. Actually works great. And wife's IPhone too.

Very early R1T with Meridian Just took a hour ride to office this am... Played several Sirius stations and the Apple Music. Some songs Atmos...some not. Other than needing to use a higher volume setting for same sound level as before....I can't detect much if any difference in sound quality...

I just listened to Apple Music on my Meridian again trying to figure out what people are talking about and it seems the same as before. Works great! So I don't get what people are saying about sound quality changes. Or how loud it gets. Mine still gets to point that sound will distort so can't...

It wouldn't work that way....it would drive itself to the service center....where it would sit in the lot for a week or two....and then pull in the service bays when they are ready. Haha!

There is a commonality with most arguments on here...I will just leave it at that.

That is the logical approach. But the G2 Quadmax will be the halo...and as such draw that added desire component that may not be logical. And at these price points, I don't see the jump being very substantial. And you get the bragging rights of having the best. The one to have, etc...

I agree. If a person wants that Halo Ultimate Rivian...the G2 Quadmax....it would give me pause before jumping on the more mid-level Trimax. My best guess is they may have to extend the Trimax incentives when the Quadmax comes out.

Where do I pre-order this?

Gen 1 Quads are definitely an amazing deal used. My guess is so will the G2 Tri's in not too distant future.

The best thing that happened to me regarding this forum is when some of the jackasses unfolllow or blocked me. Then they stop replying with their assine replies. Makes for a much better experience. Edit...it's one in particular I am referring to.
