Has anyone seen where the drivers door just touches the front panel when opened/closed? My Passenger door is fine. What I thought was a build up of dirt, I just noticed today it’s really damage due to the door catching on the front panel when opened and closed. Anyone else seeing this?

Mine started doing it on the driver side at about 1100 miles. 1300 miles in and it’s now on both front sides. Going to open a ticket on Monday as am Off camping this weekend! So many people have commented on it. I can even feel sometimes through the accelerator pedal.

Definitely a miss somewhere, wondering if maybe it’s just the process USAA uses, and it’s a process Rivian is missing. There is at least two of us in the same issue, both using USAA. I suspect there is more. I’m going to see what I can get done via twitter, but not confident.

Also my remaining financing is with USAA!

Had my R1T for a week, just did 5 miles on a dirt road and Tonneau cover wouldn’t open. Poured a water bottle over it and it then opened without issues. I suspect they will need to find a long term fix for this.
