Thought I’d share some pictures of my well worn 20’ pirelli at’s. They have 26k miles on them, maybe 800mi off-roading.

They are getting very out of balance now and starting to shimmy at low speeds. I’m getting Toyo at3 EVs installed tomorrow.

I’ve been rotating them every 6k, but the last few thousand miles have been rough. You can see the uneven wearing that seems to have just happened. Weirdly, as I took these pictures I did notice the inside edges of the tires were warm after a 5 mile ride. They are not in good shape.

Sound hasn’t been a bad annoyance, but I’m looking forward to seeing how the toyos sound

You're going to love the sound (or lack thereof) of the Toyo's...a night and day difference.

I have Toyo Open County ATs on what is now my winter set of wheels - practically brand new when I bought my R1T pre-owned in December. LOVE how the Toyos handle in the snow. We visited our oldest son in NH over Christmas right after I bought my truck.

I recently switched to a full set of pre-owned 21” OEM Pirelli wheels that were practically new when that truck met an unfortunate end. Our HS auto tech teacher did a road force balance on them and one came out and just 1 lbs of road force. It’s the lowest he said he’s ever seen - the others were at 8, 9, and 15 lbs when you want under 25 lbs. I bought the full set for just $750 and OH MY, the lack of noise!

my experience with the AT3 so far after 1.5k miles is they're significantly quieter than the pirellis but not silent. They're AT's and not magic.

I agree, I love the look and performance, I have the LTs and the efficiency hasn't felt like it took a noticeable hit on my day to day. Steering feels a little more relaxed though.
