This is a good idea! All of the Rivians I have for sale I "own" in the same way any member would own one so they are all on my app, so they should be willing to give me info. Based on my experience with Rivian Service over the phone its hit or miss on how helpful they are. But certainly anyone who is interested in any of mine I can attempt to get as much info as possible. Thanks for your post!

The Service Center can email you a complete history of service. I got this from Knightdale for someone asking about a Rivian I was selling. Took 2 min if you know the service center people…doesn’t even need to be a vehicle they services…any Rivian VIN.
