Rivian called me today to schedule a tow. I hadn't done anything to follow up on my service ticket I put in after close on Friday.

Front suspension is completely bottomed out on both sides now and won't lift it up at all. Back didn't seem to lose any height.

Parts arrived shortly after I dropped off our other R1S yesterday and was given a loaner. They finished it up before the end of the day, and I was able to swap the loaner for my R1S. Seems like it's back to normal now. All costs covered under warranty.

Service said they have been having issues with backorder and changing suppliers on dampers, but didn't seem to affect the timeliness of my service. Less than 6 total days from the time the issue popped up till I got the car back.
