Any WDH hitch is going to have brackets to mount on the trailer. Doubt you will be doing that with a U-Haul trailer. Cheapest option sometimes is not the best option.

I’ve used intercity lines a couple of times to ship cars. excellent service. Car is loaded and unloaded from the same trailer. Some companies will pass vehicles thru depo’s so the car get’s loaded and unloaded onto different trailers multiple times and stored.
