  1. Why not just make all Rivians 2022 models?

I agree with you. At reveal i never heard anything before "end of 2020" but the recent video from transport evolved(regarding being 1st etruck to market) that was posted in another thread states that there was some mention of 2019 delivery. I do hope they can remain on schedule for June...

  3. R1S Cargo Capacity

Not sure if your family will require use of the entire 2nd row but i believe the seats will fold in some 60/40 fashion. This works well for extra "stuff" in my families current SUV

I think a photo would save Rivian CS reps and those of us considering a need for a flat load floor a ton of time and headache. Why would a photo be difficult to produce?
  9. R1T bed and Tonneau cover concerns

If you view the photos of the bed on the updated website, you can see that there are tie downs along the lower corners front and back. Also note that they changed the rivian logo to the name and the wheel wells are shorter. if this is a photo of the powered tonneau, it appears to be pretty...

I purchased a BT speaker for my current truck because without fail, i only needed one when i didnt have one. built in solves that issue for many. i would hope that you are able to connect other devices to the speaker. SiriusXM just makes sense, and i dont think that amazon has an alternative!

In a chat a few moments ago with Caitlin: Me: i noticed the change in terminology for the battery packs. is the 300+ mile still a 135kwh pack? Caitlin: Yes, generally speaking! Our design team has worked to do the most with the least amount of space, so it does end up being slightly less than...

It is cool, like the power tailgate but the cost would have been substantial. Mercedes offers one on their S class and it is $4950. Even at half that cost, is it worth it?
  15. New Rivian Colors Discussion -- Vote On Your Preferred Color

i configured the limestone with forest edge and if you look at the interior pic of the dash you can see the limestone color on the door mirror. I don't think they complement each other. you may love it though!
