Got my car back from 2 1/2 weeks in service yesterday and same as they did for you, they replaced a "Module, Central Gateway" to fix this charging issue. Haven't tested to see if it worked or not, but they claim they did and that it's fixed.
Also got 2 new 12V batteries while it was in.
Coming from a Tesla, I expected the new Go Chime and smart turn signals to work like they did in my Model Y, but I have never once heard the Go Chime and my turn signals work exactly the same way they did before the latest update.
