Aw man, sorry to hear that. Be comforted by the fact that my sooner-than-expected R1T was almost certainly manufactured toward the end of 2022, when the Rivian factory was making its final push toward the promised 25,000 vehicles. I will be keeping a keen eye out for defects.

Dig that $715 price. I ordered from Amazon instead because I'm not sure how quickly bulbs.com delivers, and I need the charger ASAP.... because I just found out today that my R1T will be available in January instead of April-June! ??
@DTown3011 @Ravenron @lg3103 I appreciate your feedback. I went with the Chargepoint Flex Home Charger with the NEMA 14-50 plug. (Which is backordered at chargepoint.com, but available on Amazon for more $ , via a 3rd party)

Be sure to schedule a time of day when you can do a highway drive. I stupidly scheduled my test drive for 4pm.... unfortunately I-70 was bumper to bumper. So I didn't get to see how the R1T handles at highway speeds. Bummed :-(
