Just got our new R1S and could not get Alexa to do ANYTHING.. I did a soft reboot and no-go... THEN I turned off the Wi-Fi and relied on cellular and got her up and running... Strangely my wi-fi was the stronger of the two signals, but maybe it was a battle for dominance...??‍♂️
