If you find something from the shop that’s a match minus the wheels just call your guide and ask them to reserve that one and do a wheel swap. There were a bunch of 22s in the shop but I wanted 21s. Found an exact config minus the wheels. Called my guide and they said no problem. Wheels changed...

I got the same email but when. I log in to configure the quad motor option is available. Though I chose standard dual. my guide is telling me after a config is locked in he can’t grant shop access which seems wrong based on everything I’m reading. Anyway to address this?

I have a config locked in and I wanted to see if I could take a look at one in person (without going to Brooklyn if possible) before I commit.
