I apologize for this dead horse that I'm about to beat: It's insane to me that an adventure oriented vehicle doesn't have built in satellite radio capability. Just crazy. No place fun has cell phone coverage. My cabin has spotty at best, and the family camp has none.
Yeah, my R1T reads the EZPass lane speeds when I'm in the poor-people lanes on the beltway. It's definitely reading the signs at least some of the time.
I don't think any Tire Company with a functioning legal department is going to say "Hey, go f'ing crazy" on the tire pressure thing. I do appreciate the (very rote, liability-reducing) response above.
Tidal is still better (IMO) on non-Atmos which is most. But when I run across something that's ATMOS, it really pops. However, I have the Meridien so mileage may vary.
Edit: As noted above, some of the Atmos stuff is just mixed poorly. Those are disappointing for sure.
Yeah, so just got this, and it feels like they went back a couple updates on the suspension. I like it. The soft was a little too float-y after the last couple updates.
So I think this is well-known by now, but anyway... When I bought my T, I had a buddy who was a Rivian engineer who recommended buying the T but not the S. Everything was built/planned/designed around the T initially so the S suspension/motor mapping everything was modified with ongoing...
Give me blind spot cameras and some RGB interior light options (like my fricking 2016 mustang), and I'll drive my Gen 1 til the wheels fall off. Although the EC roof glass would be nice, too.
Purely anecdotal, of course, but I've been losing about 1% day so I started paying a little more attention in the mornings. It shows the loss, then, when I step on the break and shift into "gear" it almost always bumps back up a percent or two.
Probably not directly rated to the issue in this thread, but I just had my first rotation of the AT Pirellis, and its quite noticeable how much quieter it is with the fresh(er) rear tires moved up front. These tires get loud quickly.
I mocked it and minimized it before I got my R1T. I figured it would be nice, but that I'd rarely actually use it. So wrong. Perfect for pizza. Groceries, my go bag, hiking gear, etc all fits and is so accessible. I have humbly apologized to my truck multiple times.
