I tried to use my credits also for the spare and was told that since it has to be installed by service that it doesn't qualify. I ended up purchasing it out of pocket anyway since we take a few road trips a year and I rather have it than wait hours for a tow truck if the fix a flat doesn't work.

Don't bother with the app, it's a waste of money and requires $10 auto refill or you can pay per use at the charger with your credit card. I wish I knew that beforehand, I'm going to permanently have money stuck on the account since it auto refills at less than $5 automatically.

I recently had issues when it got really cold outside and the door wouldn't open, I ended up hitting the charging door a few times with my fist and using the on screen button to release. I've had to do that a few times now.

You need to download the Electrify Canada app, they are not integrated. I have both and successfully used them in their respective countries.

I recently spent a week in Toronto with my R1S and had no issues charging at multiple Tesla, Electrify Canada, Shell. I do have accounts setup for each of them and initiated the charge via their app.

Mine started to show up every time I'm driving below 5mph. I'll try a soft reset, hopefully that fixes it.

I have the 21" Pirellis and they are garbage. I've had them slip in a little bit of snow. I have the Michelin Cross climate on my ICE SUV and it's not even close to the performance. I only have 3000 miles on mine and waiting for the Michelin to come back in stock and for a better price.
