Welp my guide told me earlier this week that my car should arrive either the first or second week of August I got another email today saying my car was ready to leave the factory…..I’m hoping it was just an error as it sounded like my car was already en route based on the last text from my guide.

My car was ready to leave the factory 7/14 at which point my guide said 5 weeks. I couldn't wait longer so I just texted asking if he had any updates. Fingers crossed!

The communication has been really spotty. I got the email on 7/10 to start the purchase process and 7/13 that it left the factory. I never got proactive notification of my VIN or guide but found that both had been assigned. I reached out to my guide on 7/10 and he said to expect it to take 4-6...

I preordered my R1S 9/2021 and just got the 8 steps and VIN on 7/10. My vin is 014XXX which seems old no? Got the "ready to leave the factory" email on 7/14. My guide never proactively reached out but I've texted with him and he says he estimates 5 more weeks. Argh.

Also - my vin is 014XXX which seems like a Q1 build no? Wonder why it has been sitting for so long....
