True. I’ve had interior equivalent to Vegan Leather and can’t tell the difference except the Vegan is easier to maintain. In addition to the Leather, Rivian provides several other features - gear tunnel, power tonneau cover, gear guard, more horsepower, more torque, more towing capacity...

I’ve been following several Lightning forums. Ford just released pricing for the Lightning and a lot of reservation holders are unhappy. The XLT with Extended Range (300 miles) comes in at $73K and doesn’t even include leather. The Lariat with ER comes in at $79K……Rivian’s value proposition...

Got the same email from Rivian - estimated delivery 1st half of 2023 for R1T adventure package. Not sure I can wait that long. Going to see when Ford says my Lightning reservation will be ready……

I’m in the same boat with both Lightning and Rivian reservations. Frustrated at Fords lack of comms on official range and cost. Frustrated with both on potential build dates.

I would upgrade to the adventure package if they let me order black interior with the FE wood. It’s a shame more customizations aren’t allowed, especially considering it could be profitable…..
