Just locked in my configuration! Never got an email, but the R1 shop was showing 0 inventory. Decided to ask CS what was up. The rep said it looked like I could configure. Went to my account, nothing, clicked on the link to the shop. Bam! There it was, the option to lock in my configuration...

Anyone else’s R1 shop look like this tonight? There were lots of R1T’s (I don’t have access to the R1S shop yet) earlier.

Got the same info from CS. Would really like to get that invite s00n. Shop access would be fun to window shop while I wait.

Correction my email says "Are you ready to go?" Everything else looks the same.

Got the same email today as well. June 22 reservation. CS thought it may have to prod me towards the T’s in the shop. FWIW I’ve been led to believe I’ll be invited to configure before the end of the year.

FWIW I saw a dual motor R1S on the bay bridge heading into San Francisco a couple of weeks ago. It had Illinois plates. I suppose they could have “deleted” the yellow accents, the brake calipers were also grey/silver. Couldn’t get them in the photo. Sorry.

I had a first mile drive in a R1S a few weeks ago and asked about dual motor deliveries. The rep said dual motor R1S' were being delivered to the East coast and that the first coming to the West coast would be in October, that was at the South San Francisco service center.

My bad. You are correct. Just super excited that I can charge there.

Saw this on our annual trip to Yosemite this week! So many things I love about this picture! Don’t think they’re switched on yet and I don’t have my Rivian yet. But, I know where I’ll be planning our first long range family adventure to!

Any reservation holders been invited to configure your R1S yet?

I'm a June 2022 reservation holder. Did a first mile drive in February, was supposed to be in an R1T but the rep let us drive the R1S. Got the invite for second 1st mile drive yesterday. I've had access to the R1 shop for a while, just shows R1T's and no option to filter to R1S. See below...

Got the same apology email. Oh well. It was an exciting 24 hours. Back to waiting.

Got the same email. I asked CS and they said maybe none were available, which doesn’t jive with what others in this thread are seeing. I also asked why I can’t flyer by R1T and R1S and they said I should be able to. So I don’t think it’s a mistake. Maybe whoever flips that virtual switch is off...
