Mounted the united tire used OEM tire but the contact patch seems uneven and road noise is very high. So far they’re not willing to work on an exchange. Still looking for another local seller for one 20” scorpion in DFW with similar tread rating.

Same issue here. Just constant boot loop. Spoke with service and they mentioned deep sleep and wait for an overnight fix. New update push apparently. Very unfortunate!

Hopefully it’s something they can patch quickly and there’s no need for replacement given the backlog of SC appointments.

Essentially, yes. The puck moved on the jack and he couldn't figure out what was wrong, then the dreaded metal noise - and the nipple on the puck was chipped. I now purchased two magnetic pucks from 1EV for this reason.
