I went with the rock slider version. Nothing against the running boards I just wanted easier jack points. I think the general consensus is that they're overbuilt and I think they look way better than the alternative.

Yes telescoping. Tried the recalibrate feature but that failed and now I get an error pointing at a "technical issue on our end". Back to service for more adventures!
Literally just got my truck back yesterday regarding this issue for the 2nd time now. First time was 6 months ago and they only addressed the affected door. Second time they replaced the plugs in all the doors. I hope it lasts "forever".

No problem. I also have some diy tent risers to include that allows basically any tent to be mounted. Just clears the antenna fin by a couple inches. DM me an offer. You never know.
