The word is getting out on the issues people are having and it will hurt the business. Perception of Rivian could be getting damaged.

    Update on repairs. Initial insurance adjuster said $5200. Repair shop is up to $26000.00 in repairs right now and unknown completion date. 2 weeks in the shop so far.

    The insurance adjustor estimated $5200 today via a visual inspection of the car, but we will see what the shop thinks about cost to repair. This will be interesting to see how accurate the insurance company is.

    Hit a deer this week. Front left bumper cracked, headlight smashed, light bar cracked, hood dented in, left front quarter panel bent and pushed back so drivers door won't open, and no airbags went off. Waiting to see what the repair estimate will be. Upon hitting the deer on the front left...

    Fyi, the incident camera does not work properly. Hit a deer this week and the car didn't even know it happened. No sensors went off, no recording. The car didn't even know it hit something. Not as safe as you would think it is.
