I got the exact same feedback from my guide yesterday. Recent deliveries have included the shield, but they are producing without it right now too. I could add it if I really wanted to, but would risk delaying my delivery date.

I think they must be doing it geographically. I'm 2018 launch edition with zero email or guide contact. I don't know anyone else from the Utah area contacted by a guide.
Agree. I'm December 2018 reservation for launch edition BM with no word from a guide, or emails about upcoming guide contact. My hope is that each Friday they'll reach out to a few more of us.
