I guess with the Arstechnica leak everything is out in the open, but I just passed by the showroom again and they decided today they might close the blinds
Was just out on a run and passed the South Congress Rivian showroom that’s closed prepping for SXSW. Looked like setup was going on in the back with a slide deck that had what I’m guessing are R2 colors. I snapped a quick pic and I don’t think they appreciated that so I jogged off 😶
I may run...

For someone who was so adamantly pointing out what the OP does or does not know about Rivian's diagnostic codes and documentation, you really shouldn't make assumptions or insinuations about my "attitude" when your confrontational and argumentative replies have drug...
I definitely do, but the issue was not fixed. Period. The whole reason I even watched the video was to confirm that it was present on the audio of the recording, which it was. It had to go back into service for another 10 days to properly that same issue. Followed by another 21 for a HV battery...

The test...
For comparison, I pulled service records from my X3M and G63 and both say something along the lines of "performed test drive, confirmed issue resolved." Saying you drove for X amount of time when you in fact did not is bad record-keeping. I'll say it again, maybe if they had driven it for...
I can attest that Rivian's service techs do piss poor documentation. Before anyone says it's a victimless crime, if you ever get to the point of Lemon Law/buyback, every little repair in the service history makes a difference. They also put the "30 min test drive" code in my R1T's suspension...
Now I'm getting this message. A service call said it is a bug and I can ignore it but it's honestly a little exhausting how many issues can come up in a single month.
That's my sentiment as well. Roll off the assembly line with better quality control and then you don't get overwhelmed SCs with disappointed customers.
In the conversation with the supervisor, I told her point blank that there's no way service will be able to keep up with demand once they...
