On board go to INFOTAINEMENT SCREEEN, MAPS, then SEARCH, and CHARGERS and sort by type and network. On your device download the PLUGSHARE APP and navigate that way. The Rivian MAPPING app is not very good and I recommend BLUETOOTH and WAZE. It's a pain but adds reliable traffic info. Good luck
