I was a mechanic in the 90s and Early 00s, and worked for a mom n pop Firestone and a few dealers. We only rotated front to back, ever, period. Rivian recommends a weird cross pattern rotate. Maybe the cross pattern is making them noisier over time. Or, I wonder if the techs are rotating them...
i see I’m late to this party but here I am. Similar issue. After an hour it slows from 11 down to 7. Hot or cold weather. I als have a ChargePoint flex and no issues there. Called in a ticket, wish me luck.
Double check to make sure nothing is in the dock blocking the charge pins. I had a napkin or piece of paper pushed back there blocking the charge. Also beware of the SC, they’ll tell you anything. Complete BS artists that are not there to help you, but to get the truck out of service asap.
This! I even RTFB and I’m still unsure. Can’t use just any charger either. Had to bust out a high wattage laptop charger. And when it does work, the buttons seem to be stubborn and only work when they feel like it.

I’ve created multiple tickets for my overhead lights over the last year and they still only come on half the time. All my overhead lights not just the ones by the rear view mirror.
