The quality of most pull behind RVs suck. We owned a fiberglass Jayco (suppose to be better quality) and watching the pebble vdo, apples to oranges in seeing the build quality between the Pebble and most of the pull behind RVs. I was told most pull behinds were designed for 20 trips and after...
Harbor freight hard case for mine.

I'll offer my own experience. Put in a service ticket for clanking in front. They called back to confirm appointment (5 business days out) and then say they notice my 12V was low (no warnings in my S) and said if it's ok they want to replace the 12v as a preventative maintenance. Sucks for...

I just installed on my G1 S last weekend. Just need 20" wheels for the tires.
Are there any others that are just happy with their current G1 and the though of getting a new Rivian is not as exciting. I know there is a posting bias for folks with bad experiences, but I get the feeling getting a new Rivian could also introduce having to deal with the SC experience. My S...
Late to respond, but have never felt the R1S is "too large". Parking and maneuvering in tight spots is very manageable. Have driven a wide variety of sizes and shapes of vehicles and I think the S and T are in the sweet spot for size when you have more than just yourself and a partner.
Noticeably better than the 21" OEMs were, but not sure how much is due to it being 20" tires. They were quiet and I perceived better handling and felt less bumps. Definitely an upgrade from 21" set.
Just mounted and replaced my 21" OEM set with 20" R1000 and the Goodyears. Love the look and had a great experience at the Normal Discount Tire although it cost $50 more than was advertised on the Tire Rack site for installation at the location. Also got to check out the new (to me) RAN site...
The purest will say only handwash. I have 3M full wrap on my S. The guidance I got from my installer was touchless was ok. I took my S through a "lite touch" (whatever that means) wash last week and saw no ill effects.
Look on eBay for the Tesla Rennstands/Safe Jack, it's not the taller version that is on the rivian part site, but it can be procured for $150/jack and with the jack puck, it'll get your wheels about 5 inches off the group. I got some steel washers that had an inner diameter that fit the Tesla...
Lived and worked in NoVA during much of the '00s (the 66 expansion construction still haunts me) and still return frequently to area for work.
Have had a chance to drive in most of the major cities for work and pleasure. NoVA (no longer isolated to within the Beltway) by far is the most...
I'm sure others have mentioned previously, but the A2Z adapter >>>> Official adapter. I got my A2Z early summer and my official a couple months ago. I think you'll find you'll like the A2Z a bitter better than the official as the build quality falls below the A2Z.
Why not the new 20" Goodyear OEMs.
