We picked up our R1T at the Richmond, VA SC last May...Reserved a R1S at the same time as the R1T (2019). We live an hour south of Raleigh and have driven to the Richmond SC for service in the past. Completely agree....picked up my R1T in May of 2022...10,000 miles later, I would absolutely but it again. Has anyone needed to replace a cracked windshield?
No issues at all...seems like they did a great job on all of the "issues" I had them address. The most noticeable improvement was the service on the passenger "vent glass" (known issue)...made a huge improvement in cabin sound/noise. So far...all good- R1T.NC

Has anyone needed to replace a cracked windshield?
I had mine replaced last week at the Richmond, VA Service Center....I paid $1764.13 for the windshield replacement (2X4 off a trailer)…now I have to submit the invoice to Nationwide/Rivian Insurance for reimbursement (less deductible). Nationwide gave me the option of a Rivian "approved" body...- R1T.NC

Good morning...Any thoughts/concerns about using a car cover and it "blocking" the cooling vents while charging? Thanks in advance.
